Hi my name is Haylee. I'm 15 years old and I love to bake.
I've been in the kitchen baking whatever I could imagine for as long as I could remember. When my mom started to bake sourdough bread, I was quick to gain an interest in the process and the science behind what flour and water can create when mixed together and let sit/ferment. (amazingly delicious bread) Then having to "feed it" to keep it "alive" and active. In my spare time I enjoy painting, love to garden and be with all my farm animals.
