FrogFeet Farm began with Kristina Mizell, a sixth-generation farmer whose passion for the
homestead life shone brightly from her youth. Though life carried her away from farming for atime, her roots never left her.
When her parents entrusted her with running the family restaurant, Kristina poured her
dedication into the work, building it with industrious care. During that season, however, she
faced an unexpected trial—suffering a stroke that left her in a coma, later diagnosed as a brain
hemorrhage deep within the center of her brain.
Her remarkable recovery marked not just a personal rebirth but also the rebirth of FrogFeet
Farm. Milking goats became both therapy and purpose, reigniting her fervor for the homestead
life. That small step soon grew into something greater. With the arrival of their first dairy cow,
Lulubelle, the farm’s mission expanded.
Kristina’s tenacious spirit and laudable resilience inspired her family to join in wholeheartedly.
Together, they nurtured the land, the animals, and their shared vision. From those humble
beginnings, FrogFeet Farm has grown into a thriving hub of local, natural, and
community-driven agriculture.

At Frogfeet Farm, we combine traditional farmstead methods with modern food safety and transparency. Our Jersey cows, goats, and hens are raised on clean pasture with attentive daily care. We handcraft small-batch dairy, baked goods, and value-added foods using simple, high-quality ingredients and minimal processing to preserve natural flavor and nutrition.
Every product—raw milk for animal consumption, pasture-raised eggs, sourdough breads, cookies, ghee, syrups, honey, preserves, and more—is made with consistency, integrity, and respect for the land. We focus on low-waste production, clear labeling, and offering customers honest, farm-fresh food.

Our mission is to provide our community with wholesome, handcrafted foods that reflect the care, passion, and authenticity of a true family farm. We aim to make real, nourishing foods accessible while honoring traditional skills—milking, baking, fermenting, rendering, preserving, and growing.
Frogfeet Farm exists to build connection: between people and their farmers, between land and livelihood, and between yesterday’s wisdom and today’s families. Every jar, loaf, and bottle is made to uplift our customers and strengthen our local food community.
